Milosevic exonerated as the NATO war machine moves on

My latest piece- on an unreported story: the exoneration, by the ICTY, of Slobodan Milosevic for the most heinous crimes he was charged with.

The ICTY’s exoneration of the late Slobodan Milosevic, the former President of Yugoslavia, for war crimes committed in the Bosnia war, proves again we should take NATO claims regarding its ’official enemies’ not with a pinch of salt, but a huge lorry load.
For the past twenty odd years, neocon commentators and 'liberal interventionist' pundits have been telling us at every possible opportunity, that Milosevic (a democratically elected leader in a country where over 20 political parties freely operated)  was an evil genocidal dictator who was to blame for ALL the deaths in the Balkans in the 1990s. Repeat after me in a robotic voice (while making robotic arm movements): 'Milosevic's genocidal aggression' 'Milosevic's genocidal aggression'.
But the official narrative, just like the one that told us that in 2003, Iraq had WMDs which could be launched within 45 minutes, was a deceitful one, designed to justify a regime change-op which the Western elites had long desired.

You can read the whole piece here.

Nice article. Finally someone dared to identify similarities and pattern for destruction of societies between Yugoslav war, Iraq, Afghan, Lebanon and Syrian war as grand finale. One thing I strongly disagree is that you picture Mr. M as innocent and peace maker. War took place on teritory of Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo. Not in Belagrade, not in Nis nor Novi Sad, it was Yugoslav army or army of RS backed up by Yugoslav army to be legaly corect that destroyed Sarajevo and killed civilians.
Balkan people are hot blooded, mean and revengeful also very aggressive. Probably easiest place to start conflict.
I do agree that defense did excellent job in his trial, shame on prosecution.
Bottom line, west wanted Yugoslavia gone, and all political leaders should be jailed for what happen.
You wrote damn good articals in past, this one could have been objective, at least out of respect for more than 200k people killed. Just beceouse it is ~10times less than what USA did in Iraq doesnt make him less guilty/responsible for actions.

Thank you , in the name of all Serbian people. It is brave to tell the truth. As the US dollar is not based on gold but on bullet, the war is imminent. It was the anti Christian idea of Soros to make a profit, produce Muslim country BK( Bosnia mujaheddin+narco mafia Kosovo) in the heart of the Europe, so The new AustriHungarian empire, can be made(interesting that only Hungarian, Slovak, Chech prime ministers have strongly protested refugees?- they don't have any !!!).
I was proud to live in that country which was once upon the time one beautiful , country of happy people and. Now is changed into the hell.
Fake photos, fake evidence, fake trial for honest Serbian leaders was very successful for these who orchestrated it.
I am glad that you had a courage to write the truth, which " the truth" today as in the past , the truth is dangerous. Devil is ruling this beautiful planet.
Hypnotized people are walking in the imaginary world of lies and only some are awake. Even though , the number of ones awake, is small it still brings a hope. Thank you

Yes Milovesic not guilty but don't shout it too loud!! This piece deserves greater attention than its unfortunately going to receive off the "elites" but the really good news is so what!!! These aren't the people who need to know as the term coals to Newcastle springs to mind!but we the ordinary public are devouring reams of this reporting and never have I known world or home affairs being discussed so much and that has to be a good sign that we know exactly where to source the real journalism and reporting.. This great article came after another one I read this week by Thierry Menston titled "The Twilight of NATO" the two articles complement each other... Thanks again Neil for a great piece again...
