On domestic issues I support re-nationalisation of the railways and public utilities (I co-founded of The Campaign for Public Ownership), free care for the elderly, a free NHS including the restoration of NHS dentistry, and protection of the Green Belt and the countryside. Good common sense proposal, though things will probably have to get considerably worse before anything like it happens.
Somebody once said, I believe, that the only trouble with common sense is that it isn't common.
