Oh my word, fancy that, releasing them A WHOLE WEEK EARLY. How unbelievably shocking! Sorry Mr Clark, but to me the idea sounds no more than a pragmatic response to a problem that can't immediately be cracked any other way. A week in politics might be a long time, but in real life it's almost no time at all.
