Why are so many people getting into such a flap over the fact that The Archbishop of Canterbury (above) says it's "unavoidable" that one day a certain US attorney will come to Britain?

Ha ha. Very funny. Ho ho. It is to laugh. You're so focused on the neocons that you don't get what a disaster it would be for Sharia to come to any portion of the UK. I invite you to consider and comment on this article by Bill Arlandson.

Let me make it quite clear I do not wish to see Sharia law come to the UK. But we should keep our sense of our sense of humour re the Archbishops' speech-it may have been misguided but no one has died because of it. By contrast, when the neocons speak and act, people do die, which is why this blog does focus on them.
And as long as you're on the subject of humor, I would be remiss if I failed to inform you of Iowahawk's contribution on the subject.
If you're not familiar with Iowahawk, he is one of the great things about America.
