Well done Neil to find this. Just this morning I spoke to a friend in Belgrade who said that she doesn't know how people are going to survive. The economy is totally in foreign hands. The same people who bombed us set up a puppet government, through the same privatised state property, sold it off for peanuts and are going to make megabucks profit. This is US policy all over. They are doing to us what they have been doing to South America for decades.
